Before the Event
Q: I forgot to add a photo, can I still upload it?
A: Login to your ABFM account and upload your photo by August 25th, 2025.Q: What is the deadline for adding a photo and still have it in the program?
A: We must receive your photo by August 25, 2025.Q: I mailed my registration, but the check has not cleared. Why is it taking so long?
A: We process payments in batches… (contact registrar if 4+ weeks).Q: Looks like I registered twice. How do I fix it?
A: Email the registrar ([email protected]).Q: I used the wrong car class code when I registered, how do I fix it?
A: Email [email protected].Q: I’m unable to take the car I registered for day of the event, can I change it?
A: Visit registration Friday evening or Saturday morning.Q: How do I change my address on the registration site?
A: Contact the registrar.Q: Can I register online with Apple Pay?
A: No.Q: Can you list my car for sale on your website or Facebook?
A: No.Q: I missed online registration! Is it too late to register my car for the ABFM?
A: No! You can still register on-site. Bring your car to Portland International Raceway (PIR) on Friday and register either:Before the Great British Adventure Tour at MINI of Portland (Friday, 2:00 PM),
At the track in the Main Tent (Friday, 5:00 PM), or
Outside the main gates of PIR on Saturday morning, starting at 8:00 AM.
Friday – Arrival & Setup
Q: When can I move my RV onto the field?
A: After the PIR gates open on Friday.Q: Where are the RV campsites on the field?
A: Located north and west of the show field.Q: Do you have a size limit on RVs?
A: No, limited only by main gate height/width.Q: What is the largest trailer I can bring?
A: 45 feet. Use designated trailer parking.Q: Can I reserve a camping spot?
A: No—first come, first served.Q: Can I camp?
A: Yes, camping available for registered vehicles.Q: We are bringing our motor home and camping on-site. Can friends camp with us?
A: Yes, but they must buy walk-in passes. Non-British cars park in Broadacre.Q: Do you have security at the event?
A: Yes, overnight security Friday & Saturday nights.Q: Is it safe to leave my car on the field overnight?
A: Yes, with security—but secure valuables yourself.Q: What time can I pick up my registration packet on Friday?
A: 5:00 p.m. in the Main Tent.
Saturday – Show Day
Q: Can I place my car on the field early? I am going to be in Portland on Wednesday.
A: No. Cars placed Saturday at 8 AM.Q: I can’t pick up my registration packet on Friday evening. Can I get it Saturday morning?
A: Yes! Pickup outside PIR main gates in South Broadacre lot.Q: What is included with my registration packet?
A: Program, Dash Plaque, and Car Card.Q: How many people can I bring with my registered car?
A: Registration covers one car + guest. Kids <18 free. Spectators $15/day. Kilts = free entry.Q: Can I park my non-British car on the field?
A: No. Non-British cars park outside gates (free). Exception: Sunday swap meet.Q: Is there a shuttle bus from spectator parking to the display area?
A: Yes, regular shuttle.Q: Is there Handicap Parking?
A: Yes, adjacent to field (ask a Worker Bee).Q: Can I bring my dog?
A: Yes, PIR is a city park. Leash required.Q: How do I register for the Saturday slalom?
A: Main Tent, Saturday only, 10:00–11:15 AM.Q: Where do I find the results for the Giant Slalom?
A: Awards after 2:15 PM in Main Tent; later on website.
Banquet
Q: Can I bring my own food to the Banquet?
A: No outside food allowed inside tent (contractual). You may eat your own food outside.
Sunday – Swap Meet & Wrap-up
Q: I registered but want to sell a different car on Sunday. Can I?
A: Yes, bring it for sale on Sunday under your registration.Q: Can I park my non-British car in the Swap Meet?
A: Yes, Sunday only.
